December 2024 2.00The REIBA Property Team was great, but this place needs some serious TLC and maybe some new neighbors. There is a rooftop nightclub next door that was going late into the evening most every night. The beach access road is super active, too - lot's of garbage trucks, buses, etc backing down the road. No need to pack an alarm clock! The 615A garbage truck backing down the road will wake you up. The place is nice; it has simply been neglected. We joked that everything was "1/2 broken." Clearly, someone was just trying to make some cash between the time they owned this unit and when they sold it. Good example? There wasn't anything to clean the grill or any tools to use with the grill. Just lots and lots of little things that combined to make it less than enjoyable. The noise was intense! I know we were there New Year's week, but damn... The noise was wild! I'm not sure I slept more than 2 hours in a row the entire week. I may return to Cabo, but it won't be here. Loud. Loud. Loud.

February 2025 4.00The penthouse was very clean and well-stocked. Itβs in a great location within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and the marina. The penthouse was great for our needs, however, if you're expecting a high-end luxury penthouse, this may not be the best fit. Multiple things were falling apart, and several amenities like the hot tub and steam spa werenβt working upon arrival. Communication with the hosts was slow, with responses taking a day or more. Also, be aware that there is a nightclub on the rooftop of the building next door that blasts music until 2-4 AM, depending on the night.

December 2024 5.00We have stayed at this building multiple times and in my view it is one of the best places to stay in Cabo especially if you are not the resort type. It is an excellent location and unit.
