The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need for entertaining, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown San Jose for the art walk and tons of great restaurants. Plus, there’s an amazing bakery right across the street with fantastic coffee and baked goods (a total game-changer for mornings!). The whole place was spotless, and we loved playing music through the indoor/outdoor sound system while sipping wine by the pool on the super comfy outdoor furniture. The big-screen TV was perfect for movie nights, and when we needed to get some work done, the Wi-Fi was super fast. This house is perfect for families or a few couples looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. Just a heads-up—there are stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. "5 Stars! We stayed here in February and absolutely loved it! The home was spotless, the check-in process was a breeze, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - we talked just a few blocks to enjoy the Art Walk and grab dinner downtown. The Starlink internet was fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. Parking overnight was super easy and safe. Highly recommend"

Casa Martinera The subtle aesthetics of this architectural marvel are breathtaking! Cleanliness 10 Check-In 10 Communication 10 Location 10 Listing Accuracy 10 10/10 Beautiful. Right from initial booking of this rental, communication was professional and timely. The property manager provided detailed information on transportation, pre-stocking of groceries, chef services and many activities including local dining and events. They assisted us with reserving a cabana at a local beach club as well as some other excursions. The property itself is a former restaurant that’s been restored and updated into a beautiful villa that still holds its Mexican charm. The spiral staircases and original archways are incredible and there were many subtle aesthetics that popped out. Our family loved the additional sitting room and office adjacent to the main living room that provided a nice blend of communal space as well as privacy. The master suite with a comfy king bed is separated from the main section by a pool for extra privacy and has rooftop seating that allows a small glimpse of the Sea of Cortez as well as sunsets and night sky viewing. The additional upper-level bedrooms in the main section also have balcony access overlooking the pool as well as the street. Each bathroom has a walk in shower and all were extremely clean. Kitchen and dining utensils were ample, and the blender was a plus for those early afternoon margaritas! The location itself is very close to the historic downtown square, and you can even hear the bell from the Mision Catholic Cathedral. There were many different shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and we always felt safe. Be sure to try the authentic ceviche next door at Aguachiles El Moky. It was delicious. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will most certainly be back!

Look no further! This condo is exactly as described, with even better views than expected! Perfect for surf and whale watching from the balcony. Two minutes from Playa Costa Azul and about a 5 minute drive to Playa Palmilla, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo. The house is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation and/or hosting a private chef dinner! Not to mention the amazing rooftop w/ a pool - definitely 10/10 recommend and will be planning to stay here when I'm visiting San José next! Thank you for a great visit! Gives the feel of a luxury resort but within a small condo community.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was as described, spacious and with a stunning view from the balcony. The management was extremely responsive and flexible with our requests before and during our stay. The Soleado building was very well taken care of. The pool, hot tub and beach access were all things that we really enjoyed. Belinda at the bar was wonderful and so was the on-site security. We would definitely stay again.

Great host; Great location; Oceanside with great views; Easy to get around and lots of food options close by. Highly recommend this place and the pool and the bar at the resort come in very handy. Super friendly staff!
