Positive: Great furnishing an equipment, stunning view. Host very nice, helpful and cooperative. Negative: w-lan could be better the bunk bed is hard to reach, at least for an adult.

Wonderful time in a beautiful place Positive: Extremely well appointed. The beds were wonderful and the views exceptional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and feel at home. Both the pool and hot tube are wonderful. Negative: A little hard to find

Positive: The view Negative: Property managers were not responsive. The hot tub was not hot. One of the showers was clogged and unusable.

Stunning condo and stunning views! Positive: The condo is gorgeous and well appointed with a stunning view of the ocean, including humpback whales everywhere! The floor-to-ceiling windows in every room with the slider to the deck really make it feel like a luxury vacation. The rooftop pool is amazing with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. The pool was clean. The deck/patio has nice furniture and is a great place to relax. The hot tub was a major bonus, once we got it working. Beds and bedding were comfortable. There is a complete kitchen with all appliances and a full stacked washer/dryer. We did not use the TV. The WiFi worked well. Negative: The communication from the host was poor to non-existent. The hot tub wasn't heating and one shower was plugged and not draining, and they never responded to me. I tried contacting them by phone, email, Booking.com message, and WhatsApp with no reply. The phone number provided for maintenance and housekeeping was out of service. There is no one on property to help. In the middle of our stay we ran into staff working in another unit - they weren't responsible for our unit but were able to give me a phone number of someone to call. He immediately arranged repair of the hot tub and the shower. While this didn't affect our stay much (although we would have liked to use the hot tub), if there was an emergency or the door lock ran out of batteries and we got locked out, etc, we would have been in trouble because there was no one to contact and no one on property to help. Despite this, I would risk it and stay here again because it was so amazing. The location is best with a rental car. Be aware that you will be in the San Jose construction traffic every time you want to go toward downtown. It adds about 10-30 min. There is significant road noise from the deck, which is a little better at the rooftop pool. Elevator was broken. This unit is one floor up, so was walkable up the stairs.

La vista, la comunicación con reiba, el depa esta super equipado para cocinar todo. Los acabos están padrísimos. El jacuzzi la alberca todo esta riquísimo. Nuevo y de super calidad

The place is spectacular and looks even better than in the photos which don't do it justice. It felt like a big penthouse overlooking the ocean. I rarely commend the management company but REIBA was extremely responsive and accommodating our every need, including early check-in, late check-out, leaving bags while we figured out our delayed car rental situation, etc etc. The king beds were huge, the pillows were lush, the couch was comfy AF, and all of the amenities were great. At one point we didn't have a coffee maker and they brought one the next day. Pro-tip: turn on the jacuzzi as soon as you get there as it takes about a full day to get hot.

I loved this home! Such a comfortable living space with ample space for you and your guest. Views were breathtaking as well. Also, great touch of having a jacuzzi (although it did get way too hot at one point to even get in.) overall 10/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend!

I LOVED staying at this Airbnb. The condo was beautiful, bright, open and had a lot of amenities. We really enjoyed using the hot tub (overlooking the ocean) and the infinity pool (which was very private on the rooftop). Santiago, the property manager, made himself available the entire time and was extremely helpful. I would 1000% recommend staying here.

Couple things to note, this property is a little tricky to find, as such it’s best to get there before it gets dark. Secondly there is a highway in front of the property which is a little noisy, I just kept the bathroom fan on! Overall, great location; great property; great communication.

My friends and I absolutely loved this condo. Brand new building with great amenities and killer views of San Jose del Cabo bay. The condo is stylish with beautiful concrete walls and tasteful interior design. The private hot tub is the best, and rooftop pool is amazing. Great location too, right in front of the best surfing spot in Los Cabos. All around a great place to stay, probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed.

Very Nice place and amazing views . Nothing to complain about . They provided Private Chef service for us and everything was very smooth , very quite place with breathtaking views .

Couldn’t have been better. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design). REIBA Property Management was very helpful and the location was great. I would definitely come again!

Place was as pictured. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Beds are comfy and furnishings high quality. View was amazing, tho loud bc the highway was right below. Hot tub takes a while to heat up, so would turn on a few hours before going. The beach is “walkable”, but it’s a dirt road that’s hilly so not ideal. We didn’t have a car and Uber had no problem getting to us, but a car probably makes sense. Overal would recommend for a large group!

We had a great girl’s weekend here! The view was insane. A few of our shuttle drivers got a bit lost but our Ubers had no problem. It was a 7 min walk to the beach and the beach is a major surf spot which was great for us. We had some snafus with the hot tub the first night but management sorted it right away. The one challenge was not being able to walk for coffee or groceries like some other places I’ve stayed in Cabo but we plan to stay here again.

The property is stunning. The hosts are very helpful and communicative. The hot tub wasn’t hearing up and they sent people to fix it, were communicative and compensated us very fairly without any trouble for the days it didn’t work. Things like that do happen sometimes and they couldn’t have handled it any better. Very professional.

From beginning to end we had a great experience! The shared rooftop pool is amazing and refreshing. The in-unit hot tub worked great. The view is unbeatable. It was clean and private. We were 3 couples so having our own bathrooms was great. We’ve traveled a lot so had no problem with the dirt road, instructions were clear and easy to understand. Keep in mind there is a main road in front of the unit, so you have significant road noise when on the outside patio. Beach access basically requires a drive. It didn’t bother us, but just something to keep in mind. Closets in rooms with bunks aren’t easy to use. A few other minor suggestions we sent along which were well received: -Would be nice if they supplied beach chairs and umbrellas, we bought an umbrella for the beach -Upstairs grill is not gas, you must use charcoal. Wish there was a gas grill at the unit and on the rooftop. That being said we loved it and had an amazing time and highly recommend the place!

From the moment we stepped in, we were swept away by the fantastic view and scenery. A five star stay that I would recommend anytime. The host was very accommodating, the condo pristine, the beds and living area comfortable for three grown men and the kitchen fully equipped. The location was also perfect, offering both tranquility and convenience. There's nothing like waking up the ocean and having a direct look at surfers and waves. Thanks again!

The condo was beautiful, beautiful views and high end. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a few issues with the gate and stove not working but we reached out and they were fixed. The elevator was also out of order when we left. I would recommend renting/having a car while staying there. The condo is in an area that can be confusing for drivers/ubers to find and is not easily walkable to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Some of the services offered for the condo can be costly…however we did order a chef to cook us breakfast one morning and it was amazing. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be staying here again. The condo itself is extraordinarily beautiful, peaceful, serene and has a million dollar view of the sunrise on the horizon every morning. It is PERFECTION! Amazing place the views are amazing the sunset and of-course sunrise 😮‍💨 They have everything Super clean and organized speaker sound system tv everything works shot glasses and cocktails glasses were a plus so clean if am in Cabo again I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else

Overall phenomenal property. The views are unbeatable and it's a short walk to a really solid beach with good surf. Overall was a very relaxing stay and we enjoyed our few nights here. Pros: Views, private hot tub, patio space with lounges, pool + sun deck, gym, beds (super comfy). 10-15 min uber from San Jose, so while not walkable was also not inconvenient. Something I didn't see in the listing but was a huge + was the concierge service that came with the property. They helped coordinate activities, food pre-stock, transportation to/from the airport, etc. which was awesome. They were super responsive (as were the hosts). Cons: Road noise is certainly a factor. Main road right below the building. This is only noticeable outside, not with the windows/doors closed so didn't disrupt sleep or anything, but something to be aware of. As mentioned not walkable, though was central to where we needed to be between Chileno and San Jose, which were both 15 minute uber rides away!

Incredible stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful, the host were very communicative and very warm. The location was amazing. The only downside is the walk to the beach is a bit downhill, and you have to walk by some construction, but it really was not bad, and the beach was so worth it. The rooftop pool and patio in the condo are some of the best amenities I have ever seen in Mexico, and highly recommend utilizing the concierge services to book a chef, as we had the best experience with both of the catering companies that came by our condo. Overall, would recommend this place over any other place. I've ever stayed in Mexico, and truly had the best time.

Even better in person. Very beautiful and comfortable, includes everything needed. We spent just as much time on the deck lounging and roof top pool deck as we spent inside. Host very communicative. Concierge extremely helpful and great to work with. Was able to schedule most of our transportation, private catamaran, and ATV tour. Loved staying in the quieter area of San Jose, as Cabo is a quick 20-30 minute drive away.

Great place. Interior was amazingly designed with beautiful finishes. Hot tub was on the smaller side but perfect for 3 people at a time. Views were amazing. Quiet location, not too far from town. This place would fit a group of 10 well. Staff is extremely hospitable.
