What a great Appartement! The BREAK definitely catch us with its great interior design and perfect location. What an amazing view of the sunrise each morning! Everything was still brand new but working perfectly. The communication with Santiago was outstanding. Everything we needed was solved with great pleasure and no delay. We hope to be back soon and enjoy another great stay at the BREAK.

This property was so beautiful and the views were AMAZING! I loved the decor and the jacuzzi that is on the balcony is a must have during the cold season we practically lived in it. This location reminds me of being in the California hills, its at the top of a hill and you could miss it if you aren't paying attention but we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!!!

This was a beautiful, well appointed brand new condo with stunning views. It looks exactly like the photos - really well designed and decorated. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb and I loved the linens. The bathrooms are a little small and maybe could have used another towel hook, but there are three bathrooms so our family of 5 had room to spread out. Definitely recommend having a car for this location, and there is plenty of parking on site. The property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful, and had nice personal touches in the condo. Loved having the gym, and the pool was stunning, although in December it was a little too windy and chilly to use it. The only things to be aware of are that it is a little tricky to find (however the property management company has very detailed instructions, but there is no sign or number on the gate), and there is some noise from the highway below.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Santiago and his team at REIBA went above and beyond. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment has an amazing view. Sunsets are breathtaking. We had a bit of a problem with the jacuzzi, but Santiago and his team where super helpful and responsive. As a host as well, I definitely recommend this property to future guests. Definitely book it :)

We lived in Cabo for nearly 20 years and know the area well. We chose this home based on the location and price. It's closer to San Jose and an easy drive into Cabo. You won't appreciate this until you are there, but there is easy access to the main road going either north or south. That's a nice benefit. The view is incredible with the property directly across from the beach, which is an easy walk, and there is nothing to obstruct the view. It is a dirt road to get to the condo but you are only on dirt for a few minutes. The place is very secure and the hot tub is awesome with complete privacy. Every room has a view of the water. The kitchen is fully equipped, although I do think they should add a Microwave. Everything else you could want is already there. The property managers responded instantly to every question I had. There is some road noise, but it wasn't at all bad when the sliding glass doors were shut. Air conditioning and heating all worked, and the place is essentially new.

Alright….this will prob be my longest Airbnb review ever but bc it is an expensive location wanted to be thorough for others. The Good: Beautiful space, great amenities, incredible view, and considerate / responsive hosts. Comfortable beds, pillows, couch, etc. The Bad: It felt like the space was designed to look good for rental pictures and not truly to live in. Totally fine for short term rental but the longer you stay, the more apparent it becomes. Furniture placement makes spaces narrow, a million light switches (often in non intuitive places), impossibly tight space to do laundry in, etc. Also not a lot in immediate nearby area for food, entertainment, etc Overall: High end luxury option that delivers on its promises. It was fun to stay for a day, enjoy the view, etc….but prob wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. He provided early check-in, and made sure the place was ready when we arrived. The condo is great, and matches the description and pictures. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were clean, jacuzzi was warm and had a great view. The kitchen had all the essentials except a microwave. The property is located on a small hill so you need to walk or drive up a dirt road to get there. It doesn’t feel safe walking after sundown, but you can request an Uber. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was wonderful. The only downside is that the apartment is right above a freeway so you can always hear the noise from cars and traffic, even when indoors but it’s not too loud. I loved our stay at the property, and would definitely return if it’s priced a bit lower.

Great location and beautiful views.

Truly enjoyed our time at The Break. Location was great for us. We dug the minimalist vibe and weren't bothered by road noise like some comments have mentioned. If you want to be close to the ocean and have a super dope view, it was a fair trade. My only complaint for the space was that the hot tub felt more like a warm tub and the couch in the living room was pretty uncomfortable. Outside of that, everything was A+. Navigating to the spot was simple and the management communicated super well and the app they use to store details for the spot was very helpful.

Our stay here was great and we’d love to come back. The views were incredible. Check-in was very clear and everything was very clear. Would highly recommend staying here.

Really beautiful condo! We loved the views. Everything inside was perfect for us. High quality and thoughtful. It was convenient for visiting San Jose. It was a bit tricky finding the building (sign was rather small and hidden - we passed it the first time). Otherwise awesome!

First, the pros. This place is beautiful and accommodated our family well with 3 beds and 3 baths - each with patio access. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. It felt safe with the gated entry. REIBA was very responsive to our questions and came right away when the stove wouldn’t work. My only complaint was the noise. Some guests have written that it wasn’t bothersome but for us it was very loud 24/7 both indoors and out. The apartment is right atop highway 1. While the views are stunning they come with the steady backdrop of motors and honking. Just sharing for future guests if quiet is a priority.

Look no further! This condo is exactly as described, with even better views than expected! Perfect for surf and whale watching from the balcony. Two minutes from Playa Costa Azul and about a 5 minute drive to Playa Palmilla, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo. The house is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation and/or hosting a private chef dinner! Not to mention the amazing rooftop w/ a pool - definitely 10/10 recommend and will be planning to stay here when I'm visiting San José next! Thank you for a great visit! Gives the feel of a luxury resort but within a small condo community.

We meet the only other people in the property. They were staying in their friends condo and said the complex was a disaster. They said several homeowners didn’t pay HOA so they don’t heat pool. Very , very bad experience. We had to move once during stay because hot tub never worked .

Couldn’t have been happy with our stay. Stunning location and our host was always helpful when we reached out to them. Couldn’t possibly ask for more! Will definitely stay again when we go back.

Great view

Beautiful apartment! We stayed here with a couple friends, and there was ample space to both hang out together and recharge alone. The bathrooms are a bit small, but it's nice that there is one for each room. I saw complaints from others on the road noise. While it's definitely noticeable, the doors are extremely sound proof and this was not disruptive for us in the evening. The roof top pool was also a really special treat, with immaculate views! Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and have been obsessed with this place since we arrived. The home was incredibly clean, safe, and welcoming, and it was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt intentional and well cared for. The views are truly unbelievable. We were lucky enough to see whales and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the property. The deck is a definite highlight, along with the stunning wall-to-wall glass that allows you to fully take in the ocean views. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the overall style of the home is both beautiful and relaxing. It felt like the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special, unforgettable getaway.

Pros: The condo is super! Loved the concrete walls, the kitchen, the decor and the comfy beds and the view is amazing! We had a rental car so going into San Jose was a breeze, I'm sure without a car would be fine too with taxi or uber but just to note this is not a walkable location at all! I saw reviews about it being hard to find but google brought us right there, the sign with the name isn't in an obvious easy to read spot but in the day we found it no problem but I could see the night it could be a little more challenging. The building is safe and secure! The location is right beside the busy corridor that runs between Cabo and San Jose so a little noisy but didn't bother us too much. I would stay here again. Cons the hot tub didn't work I'm sure they would have fixed it but we decided it wasn't that important to us. The roof top pool area was great but the pool was too cold to use and the lounge chairs cushions are extemly dirty and stained they definately need replacing
