Stunning 2BR Oceanview Contemporary Condo in Cabo

Beautiful architecture and city/ocean views are spectacular. Very quiet atmosphere with amazing pool and patio deck area. Very close to downtown Cabo but Condo feels very exclusive and peaceful. Our stay was just perfect and exactly what we looking for!

Amazing stay. Me and my two friends stayed at Paul’s for a week and had one of the best vacations ever. Hosts were always responsive with questions we had and really made us feel at home. The view is incredible and surprisingly not a bad walk to the beach, as well as restaurants. No complaints about our stay. The unit is simply incredible, cozy, and relaxing.

We were very happy with our stay at Paul's condo. The unit is very clean, has amazing views, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We had our kids (10 & 7) with us and they loved the heated pool & hot tub. We walked to/from town a few times and it was no problem (if you don't mind walking uphill). If you like being away from the tourist area, but close enough to access amenities, then this is the perfect place for you!

The apartment is as advertised but you really can't appreciate it until you get there. Memorable views, well appointed, quiet and nice breeze in January with doors wide open, indoor/outdoor living. The climb from the town is a challenging twenty minute hike and forty to major groceries so be prepared. If you are like us, its just another part of exploring the city on foot but there are plenty of Taxis if you prefer. However you get there, the view will set your entire perspective on the city. Be sure to get instructions on using door lock pad.

House was perfect. Great views and very secure. Everything was as described and very clean. We really enjoyed this home. If we return to Cabo we will definitely look to stay here again. All the neighbors were very friendly and talkative. Perfect location.

This is my second time staying here. The condo is absolutely lovely...the space, the views, the layout are all absolutely perfect. This time we cooked and the kitchen is very well stocked. I must say again...treat yourself to a sunrise every morning it's impossible to have anything other than a fabulous day. Alex and Paul are very responsive and helpful .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the views are incredible at any time of day overlooking the mountains, city and ocean. The place is in a beautiful gated community only a 20 minute walk to the marina and an $8CAD Uber ride back (well worth it). The living spaces are very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms came stocked with everything we needed, including a bag of ice and full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The hot tub and heated pool were really nice and most of the time we were the only ones there. There is a lot of construction in the area however the noise didn’t bother us too much and was all during regular working hours. Pedregal beach is on the pacific side and is unswimmable due to the powerful waves and steep drop offs. The sand was very coarse compared to others we visited (Medano beach and Cerritas beach - both swimmable).

the surrounding landscape, and views of Cabo, and the ocean, were stunning. the whole building complex, and pool area, are very clean and orderly. Very few people ever use the pool. We felt like we had it to ourselves. We absolutely loved it. The residents are kind, and the place is very peaceful overall. Paul's home is very nice, very well maintained, and we were very comfortable as a family of four. We were able to walk every where, but you have to be a good walker, with good legs and cardio. I personally enjoyed the walks to and from the condo, and I am 59 so you don't have to be an Olympic athlete to do this. Ubers are also great and we did call an Uber on occasion. The overall experience was exactly to our liking.

Paul’s apartment is in a private gated community, it’s a short walk from downtown Cabo, but benefits from being a quiet environment far enough away, not a location surrounded by late night parties. The apartment itself is beautiful two good size bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge living kitchen dining area, stunning views of the whole of Cabo, two lovely infinity pools. A great place to stay. Paul was also very responsive, but frankly we didn’t need anything at all there were zero problems and the apartment is exactly as described. Which led to a wonderful holiday in Cabo

Paul's place was very nice and situated beautifully clustered in the mountains with a view of the Sea. The place was fully packed with everything you need. The bathrooms were nice, the bedroom had a large television set and most every appliance like tvs and fans had a remote. We really enjoyed our one week stay.

This was our second stay here. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The location and views are hard to beat. Thanks for another great stay! We look forward to another return visit.

Paul’s place was awesome. Everything was spot on in the description. The pictures were actuate except for the view, it’s even better in person. Breathtaking views being above the city. He was very accommodating when it came time for check in as well. We were actually in sooner than expected and we were able to check in a bit sooner to get situated. I would most definitely recommend Paul’s place and would stay again.

This is our 8th visit to Cabo but our 1st stay at Paul's beautiful condo! All the reviews you have read about this gorgeous slice of heaven are true. My hubby and I are in pretty good shape, and the climb up the hill was not really all that bad. Some busy days we walked down/up three times a day! If you are looking to get in good shape and tighten your buns this is where you want to stay for sure. Or just take a cab, which we did on a couple occasions when we were feeling lazy...or had one too many cervezas. :) We liked that there was a water filter system in the kitchen sink - and in one sink of the master bathroom (which we used to brush our teeth). We tended to hang at the smaller pool that the condo overlooks. The sun was very hot so we really only laid out for 45 minutes to an hour every day. More than enough to get a tan! And it was so quiet and peaceful with the lovely infinity pool sounds. You will love staying here. Excellent experience! Gracias, Paul! ❣️

Paul’s place was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would require for a great stay. The view of Cabo is great from the balcony especially at night when fireworks are going off along Medano beach. We even used the communal BBQ area for a steak and shrimp dinner one night which was great! Having a parking spot available was also a big plus for us as we had a rental car for our one week stay. Would definitely stay in Paul’s place again!

We had a great stay. The view is amazing at night and day, the neighborhood is quiet, and the condo is clean and well-maintained. It is best to have a car, but you can walk to the downtown within 20 min. The hardest part could be returning back to the condo as you will have to climb to a fairly high elevation. There are two pools that you can use. A smaller one right below the balcony. Another, bigger one, is located in the adjacent building. There is also a gym right next to the bigger pool. The gym is basic: a couple of cardio machines, an all-in-one Smith machine, and some lighter dumbbells. A great thing that was available in the gated community was tennis and pickleball court rentals. The rental is free, but you have to pay for the balls and rackets. The pickleball set for four was $30 per session. There is a private beach in the community, that looks nice, but it is not swimmable because of the currents. Paul responded quickly and was very accommodating.

Pauls place was absolutely beautiful and a great location overlooking downtown Cabo San Lucas. The Pedregal neighborhood is safe, easy to walk around, and many good restaurants within the neighborhood. Paul was responsive and professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Loved Paul’s condo!! The views are to die for. The photos don’t do them justice. Pedregal is also a prime neighborhood and well located. We rented a car because we didn’t want to pay for the airport transportation and also not have to walk up the hills to get to the condo but we did do it once and it can be done. We will surely rebook this place. It was our 5th time in cabo this year and it was our favorite airbnb. Paul is also a great host, he answers quickly.

This condo was gorgeous and so much bigger than it appears in the photos. We loved the layout and the furniture was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Sunrise views from our bed were incredible. I love our stay jn Pedregal, and this place made it perfect. I would highly recommend this place, and plan to stay here again!

What a lovely condo! Clean, roomy, well-equipped, beautiful view! I dealt with Paul and he was always very responsive. There were a couple of minor things (i.e., one AC unit leaked) that were taken care of right away. I would definitely come back and rent this unit! The security gate was very careful about letting people in and out. The only thing I can say about that is it was hard to communicate with the gate at times as they mainly spoke Spanish and we only speak English. So be aware of that if you are only an English speaker. All in all a wonderful visit and a beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! Paul’s place offered stunning sunrise views and a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living. Set in a prestigious, private, and quiet neighborhood, it felt like a true escape. We had access to two beautiful pools, a well-equipped gym, and a serene private beach. Highly recommend!
