A fantastic place to stay in Cabo. Serene, modern and with all the amenities you could need. Positive: Absolutely beautiful views. You can watch two surf breaks from the balcony and roof top. Negative: Hot tub was a little dirty but wasn’t the season to use it anyway.

Positive: I have been to Cabos 4 times, we always booked a hotel, this was our first time booking a rental and we absolutely loved it. The private jacuzzi, the views, the amenities, the infiniti pool was the highlight of our trip. Will definitely be coming back with more friends and family. The host was also great and accommodating. Very comfortable with beautiful views. Unit was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Very modern, safe, and good location. Positive: Beautiful unit. Rooftop negative edge pool was amazing. Great views. Beds were very comfortable. Nice modern decor in the units. Really liked having access to a gym on the property. Negative: Driving on the dirt road, dodging animals and large pot holes wasn't ideal. Not able to walk around the surrounding area. Needed a car anytime we left. The front gate closed too slowly, allowing enough time for outsiders to come in. Gym floor could have used a little more sweeping and sanitize wipes for equipment would have been good.

Positive: The pool and views were so amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone that loves at good sunrise!

Clean with wonderful views Positive: It was wonderfully clean, excellent ocean views, comfortable beds. Negative: The road to the property was unpaved but once we figured out how to get there it became easier to navigate. There was traffic noise due to the road being in front, but not intolerable.

Assuming you have a rental car (because you really need one if you stay here), then I think this is an excellent place to stay. We were at the apartment 2 weeks in Dec 2023 and found it to be just as in the photos, and a great place to stay. In the beginning, we were surprised that there is not a sealed road leading to the property, but we soon realised that this is not uncommon in San Jose del Cabo area. The views of the Sea of Cortez are spectacular from the apartment. The road between the sea and the apartment is very noisy, which could be a negative for some people, but we closed the doors and it wasn't too bad. There is great little gym downstairs, which we used most days. If you are coming on holidays, I recommend staying at this apartment. It is in a very safe area and close to beaches like La Pamilla and some good value for money places to eat like Cynthia Fresh, Merkato (food hall), Pescadore Plaza. It's close to the San Jose del Cabo center and 30 mins from Cabos San Lucas.

We just left the apartment today. It was lovely to walk into, you feel as though you’re on top of the ocean and you really are. The place was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive. It’s possible to walk to the beach and to beach bars in about 15-20 min. I will note the Starbucks ladies commented on in previous reviews is a lot further - more like 35 min. It was easy for Ubers to find us and we even did Uber eats a couple times. When we ran out of stock the hosts were quick to replenish. It is above the highway but the views are worth it.

This condo is very nice- just like the pictures. The neighborhood is being developed so there are still dirt roads and lots of construction trucks during the day. The location requires Uber to get to anywhere. But the beach is walkable/ close as are a few nice restaurants

We enjoyed our stay here. We were only there for a night before we checked into our hotel, so we didn’t explore too much, but the place was very clean and the host was very responsive. The check in process was easy, and the room itself was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and nice large balcony with chairs and a hot tub. It was a little hard to find the entrance, as it was down a dirt road. Additionally, it was right off the side of the main highway so it was pretty loud when you were outside and sleeping (and on the rooftop). You could potentially walk to the beach, but it would be pretty far and not in an ideal spot to hang out. Other than location, we really enjoyed our stay!

First and foremost, the location of the property was absolutely stunning. Situated in a prime spot, it offered breathtaking views. Waking up to the sight of the waves at Costa Azul was truly a dream come true. Whether it was sipping my morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the view never failed to impress. The unit itself was nothing short of luxurious. Every detail was meticulously thought out, from the high-end furnishings to the top-notch amenities. The space was beautifully decorated and exuded an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The attention to detail was truly remarkable, and it was evident that no expense was spared in ensuring the utmost comfort for guests.

We had an amazing stay. Enjoyed watching the surfers, whales, and planes come and go. The star gazing was solid from the hot tub. We appreciated the coffee and nice toiletries. Would recommend to anyone. Don’t miss checking out to roof top deck with loungers, pool, fire pit, bathrooms and a grill!

Beautiful place! Clean and well equipped so do a grocery run before. Attentive communication, quick response. Easy breezy! Some noisy street traffic below but nothing too disturbing. We walked down through the cute neighborhood and along the busy highway to Starbucks for morning coffee a couple of mornings less than a mile each way. Also walked to Zippers right on the beach for cervesa, coconut shrimp, and live music with the sand and surf in the background. Super chill:)

We had an amazing stay here! The views are impossible to beat with a beautiful rooftop pool. Location not as walkable and above the highway but overall great place to stay and had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the condo and location. It was the perfect spot between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. We rented a car and were easily able to explore both. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was very relaxing/comfortable. Would highly recommend for your next visit to Los Cabo!

We absolutely loved this property. It was super clean and beautiful. I was a bit concerned when we first drove up the dirty street since it was dark, but nothing to be worried about. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the hot tub with the beautiful view after a long day exploring. Location is great since it’s central to all we did. It would have been nice to be able to walk to a coffee shop every morning - but wasn’t a big deal since we had a rental car. The only thing I wish they had available were beach chairs. Although, They do provide beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well appointed living spaces, cool balcony, very comfy huge bed, two bathrooms, full kitchen - a fantastic place to stay for a night or the whole summer! :-) Amazing views from every window, the rooftop pool area is great, the hot tub on the balcony was super relaxing at night :-) A+ for sure!

Great property

Started on a wrong note where we were given instructions to check in a wrong and used room but that was quickly fixed by giving us an even bigger room. The view is absolutely phenomenal and we could just take in the views all day and we saw whales each day of our stay. Place is also near to some really good restaurants in SJDC. Apart from the noise from the main road, perfect place to stay.

REIBA were very attentive and helpful. We were so happy with their services. We ran into a small unexpected issue and they went above and beyond to rectify the problem. The property we stayed in was immaculate and stunning, even better than expected. Will definitely book with them again.

Such a nice place to stay! The condo was exactly what we needed and is perfect for two couples. The views and the rooftop is stunning. Would go back. Only minor downsides are road noise on the deck, but the windows and doors blocked the noise when closed and it was quiet at night. Did not take anything away from our experience.

Beautiful property! The views are amazing. Very central location to get to restaurants or jump on highway to Cabo San Lucas if you feel like venturing there. Host is very responsive. Great rooftop pool and lounging area. Gym is also a wonderful addition. Felt very private…loved our stay.

Beautiful place with great service! The views from this place are beyond beautiful. We saw a few maintenance people in the building and they were all so nice and welcoming. We felt very comfortable, safe and definitely in a private property. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything worked properly. We loved our stay. I highly recommend renting a car, since is not a very convenient walk to the beach or any other place around.

Very well maintained unit. Parking is right by the door and the second you open the door you’re hit with an incredible sea view. It’s truly breathtaking. I loved my stay there and I’ll be staying there again.

The place was great! Clean, comfortable, and incredibly designed. The rooftop pool during sunset is stunning. One thing to note, the place is not actually on the beach. This might have been listed in the description and I didn’t take a second look. You have views of the beach from your private balcony but it’s a 3-5min drive to actually get down there.

The views are amazing and the home was just as described. Our property manager was also very communicative and cooperative!

This is a gorgeous place with views unparalleled from the rooftop. The hot tub and view from the balcony do have bright street lights directly facing the unit but not the fault of the owner of course. Highway runs below so there is car noise while out on the balcony. We truly loved our stay in this elegant luxury unit and would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a stunning property with incredible views! We were blown away by the view from both the unit and the incredible rooftop area. We rented a car and would say that’s almost a necessity here- it’s a great location but not what I would call walkable. Although you are overlooking a main road it’s a decent drive to access it through the neighborhood. For us it was perfect. The host was very communicative and the place itself was perfect for our group of four. It was sparkling clean and everything was very comfortable and as described. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay here! The place has unbeatable views from the room and rooftop. The unit was clean, close to beach access, and the host was responsive and accommodating. The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic and the sunrises (from our room) and the sunsets from the rooftop pool were stunning. The street noise from our room balcony was very distracting, especially during peak traffic hours. Also, renting a car is a good idea as the location is not as walkable due to the highway.

The location of this condo is terrible. I've wondered why there were NO photos of the outside of the condo and that's because outside is horrible. You have to drive to hilly, bumpy, dusty road with many constructions with trash all around for about 15 mins to get to the condo. There's absolutely nothing around the area. it's not possible to walk to anywhere and need a car. Then inside the condo is very noisy as it sits right over the main highway with lots of traffic going my. Then yes, there's the ocean and that's the view you see in the photos but deceiving photos. Who goes to Cabo for vacation to have to deal with such inconvenience and get dirty every time you'd have to in and out of the condo. When we landed in Cabo, I was sent a link showing how to check in. It was a beautiful photo of the condos and was so excited to get there only to my extreme disappointment. They should not deceive people.

Great space. Would recommend if you are visiting Cabo. The space is located in San Jose, rather than Cabo San Lucas so you'll have to drive 20/30 minutes to get to the Cabo San Lucas side. They also offering a destination specialist service to help with bookings, and reservations, pre-stocking the airbnb kitchen and other administrative tasks -- while it was a nice service to have you'll end up spending a bit more money with the 16% tax thats includes with the destination specialist rather just coordinating everything yourself. Overall great place. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely spot. Great for vacation-like photos. The wood effect made the condo look even much nicer. That infinity pool is to die for !!! Quick to respond host. House is on an elevated slope, and you may be able to hike. Saw some tourists walking to the road, but if you’re not much of a walker, better to have a car. Not far from hotel zone, groceries and small restaurants. Say 10 mins drive. Will definitely stay here again if in Cabo again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 2C. The deck and view are spectacular and the stylish decor was very comfortable. The building feels very safe and the people who care for the grounds are lovely.

Beautiful unit. Very comfortable and clean. There's a lot of noise from the road below during the day which made it hard to have the beautiful sliding doors open. The pictures appear to show the beach right in front of the building, but that is not the case. It is, however, a very easy drive down the hill to the beach. The terrace was a marvelous place to watch whales migrating, which is what we came for. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and we watched the planetary alignment from the roof as well. The building is called the Break, however, the sign is perpendicular to the road and the driveway very narrow. Difficult to spot. Once we were in, everything was good.

The place is great to stay - its a nice modern 2B2B condo that has all the amenities. However we did experience some wifi and internet issues during our stay in the first two days. This was resolved by the host the next day. The main pro about this listing is that the property management company is extremely quick to respond to any comments / issues that you have and will fix it within a couple of hours.

Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

The host was incredible! We had an issue with the hot water heater not working in the first unit, so we were moved to a bigger unit. Both units were excellent. The larger unit needed a fresh vacuum but it was still clean. The street noise is noticeable but not bad at night. The rooftop pool was perfect and you definitely heard more of the waves and water than the street noise up there. We will rent this unit again in the future! The location was excellent especially if you want to spend more time at a useable beach and San Jose, although Cabo San Lucas wasn’t a bad drive.

Beautiful place and location. It is close enough to Cabo however, this is more of a quiet and peaceful location. The only reason I’m giving this 4 starts is due to how difficult it was to find location. Lighting around address is not well lit so it made it difficult to even find the address when arriving at night. Host did message us prior that entering “the break” on our maps would be the best directions however when driving from a different city, our maps were not able to identify this location. Instructions have a link to open directions however this is the wrong address and leaves you to a location across the street. Aside from this, beautiful stay and great location.

Great place! Beautiful, clean and peaceful. If you surf it’s perfect. The patio overlooks old man’s and the rock with a side look at zippers. I just walked down the hill to surf, easy ten minute walk through a quiet neighborhood. The freeway below the building did not bother us I’m noise sensitive and it all just became white noise after a short time. Our baby napped in the guest bedroom and never had any issues with noise. We ran out of hot water and the stove stopped working while we were there but they sent someone to fix it the next day. Cold AC, and the property is super quiet all gated and safe. The gym is mental, proper workout space. Epic rooftop pool. We never saw another guest the whole time we were there. Close to chedraui and el wine shop. “Beach amenities” are listed as part of the unit but are not included but available to rent. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious accommodation. The view was stunning, and we loved spending time relaxing in the space. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous and quiet, we felt that we had it all to ourselves. The property is perfectly situated for taking in the surroundings. One thing to note is that the street traffic is bit loud, but it honestly didn't bother us at all. the one necessity is having a car, as the hills to get up are not particularly walkable but the place was so close to everything we needed. Overall, we'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern place with a great view - just be prepared for a short drive or taxi ride. We would stay here again!
