October 2025 5.00We love this location - a block off the beach and 2 blocks from the marina. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The 3 rooms with ensuite baths worked great for our party. The added bonus of this property is the upper deck with pool, hot tub, sauna, grill and bathroom. This space worked especially great for us with a couple weather closures of the beach during our stay (something we've never experienced in Cabo). The host was extremely helpful and responsive and proactive with regards to communicating about the impending weather conditions. Look forward to staying here again.

September 2025 5.00The place itself is GIGANTIC and beautiful. Everything was as advertised and the location was great if you're looking for easy beach access. The one thing I'd note is that it is in a *loud* area. Specifically, you are located directly next to a rooftop club that blasts techno until late into the night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

September 2025 5.00Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Rooftop pool and hot tub were a lot of fun with an amazing view. The management company did a great job communicating especially considering a hurricane passed through the day before our arrival. Jess (concierge) answered questions quickly and had good recommendations. I highly recommend and will be staying here again!
