Casa KiKi (Penthouse by Beach & Town)

Victoria's apartment is beautiful, very clean, and was also designed with function, as well as the obvious aesthetics, in mind. And it was very nice to be so close to the center of town but in a quiet neighborhood. Both Victoria and the company managing the apartment were extremely helpful and responsive...even replying to me immediately on the day of my check out with recommendations as to nearby retailers that might stock luggage so I could fly home with my unexpected purchases! Staying at Victoria's charming apartment was a wonderful experience!

Great location and identical to the pictures. Lots of walkable destinations, but Uber is a pretty affordable option for longer excursions and is very prompt. Clean, safe, and relatively quiet at night - the area is a bit noisy during the day, but not obnoxiously so. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Victorias place offers a luxury loft with a fully considered aesthetic. So easy to relax and sink into the landscape of this apartment. Wonderful linens and towels, great bed; sofas and workspace top drawer. Terrace for chilling if you need. Air conditioning as needed, Wi-Fi great. So much to like. It offers the perfect retreat from busy touristic fun in Centro. It feels deeply personal without being precious. Victoria is generous and very responsive. Would absolutely return.

Victoria is a very responsive owner. The condo is perfectly decorated with a Cabo vibe and she has added all the touches ! Feels like a resort - nice bath products, bathrobes & hairdryer. Even a beach umbrella & beach towels. The WIFI is great. Having a dedicated parking spot was a bonus. We also liked how easy & safe it was to walk downtown SJDC. We are already talking about coming back next year. Part of me wants to keep this gem of a condo a secret, but it's too good not to share! No issues, thanks for a great week Victoria.

Victoria’s place is amazing, very beautiful with great energy. The apt is super well equipped with everything you need. The communication with her was great and she always wanted yo assist and help. Will definitely stay here again!!!

This is by far the best small AirBNB in the San Jose del Cabo area. I stayed by myself and it was perfect for me. Would be ideal for a couple too. There is also a TV area that converts to a nice 2nd sleeping area if you need some privacy for friends traveling together. I loved my stay at Victorias place. It’s brand new and really beautiful space. It’s very sophisticated and well thought out with a spacious sleeping loft and bath upstairs, separate kitchen / dining floor and a comfortable TV lounge area. Victoria was super nice and helpful with suggestions for things to do around town. She’s somewhat knowledgeable of the Baja area. Highly recommend this place! It’s a great value vs what you pay for at the overprice hotels in the area. Highly recommend this place and I’ll stay again for sure. It’s also totally walkable to everything in town. Location is perfect.

This is actually my second stay in Casa Kiki! It’s such a great place. First: SUPER convenient location: There are tons of great little places to get tasty local food very close by. Excellent fresh fruit (not frozen!) smoothie place just up the street. WalMart is also extremely close to fulfill all your vacation needs. The shops and restaurants of Old Town San Jose are a short 5-10 minute walk away. Beaches nearby too. Second: The place itself is adorable! Decor is exactly as pictured (in fact the pictures don’t do it justice), the king bed in the upstairs loft is insanely comfortable, A/C and fans work great, fast Wifi, streaming TV apps all set up, plentiful clean drinking water provided in-house, all amenities as described. I mean, what more could you ask for? Note: the stairs up to the loft are steep, so just bear that in mind when booking. We can’t say enough good things about the place—it’s just a perfect chic Cabo crash pad!

Victorias place was awesome. Plenty of room for two adults. We had to change air bnb units last minute. When I had reached out to Victoria on short notice she completed our requested booking and accommodated us with early check in and late check out. The Airbnb is very well equipped and walkable to the town center of San Jose Los Cabos. We were given a bunch of recommendations from Victoria. Having fast wifi, a full kitchen and full size washer and dryer was a huge plus. Coming back next year

The condo was very beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. From the decor to how the layout of the condo and it's location to all of the amenities...it hits all of the marks. Plenty of towels, nice comfortable bed, stove top with oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave...it truly is a home away from home. It also had plenty of necessities and some things that may not be a necessity, but wonderful to have...paper towels, toilet paper, soap, clothe detergent, dish detergent, plenty of utensils, an air fryer, even pasta on hand. It is within walking distance of the art district, many bars, restaurants, and shops. It sits in a somewhat busy part of the neighborhood, but you have to see it to notice it. I had no noise issues with this condo. Victoria and Roberto were both very responsive and accommodating. The check in and check out process was simple and straightforward. My best airBNB experience ever. This will always be my first choice of stay when I'm San Jose del Cabo.

My husband and I had a great stay! Victorias place is a perfect location especially for first time visitors looking to explore the area. Very close to the historic center for shopping, restaurants and events. My husband and I were able to walk to the beach. Victoria was a great host who communicated really well, made many recommendations, and was always open to answering questions. The place had everything we needed and especially a comfortable bed!!!

Lovely place. Lots of nice touches in this new condo. Super responsive host and manager. Was great to have coffee waiting as well as filtered, good water from the kitchen faucet - so important in Mexico. Fluffy towels and plenty of them. Great air conditioning. Stairs were fine for me. Neighborhood felt safe and condo felt secure. 10 min walk into town and less walk to a separate area for shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

Victoria's place was great! Exactly as listed and walkable to all the restaurants and bars in San Jose. I will definitely stay again my next time in SJ

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Great location that’s very close to everything in San Jose. Busy street but very quiet overnight. The bed was super comfy. Uber was an excellent source to get around. Would highly recommend Casa Kiki for your next San Jose getaway!! We had the absolute best time!

This was one of my favorite airbnbs I have ever stayed in. I seriously never wanted to leave. It has such a good energy to it and love the way everything is laid out. It had everything we needed there and the bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever come back to San Jose!

Loved this urban oasis! Comfortable, cozy, and everything we needed for our stay in San Jose. Super cute coffee shop right below in the same building. Walkable to restaurants and shops. And quiet and peaceful. Victoria was super helpful and responsive. Her local guide tips and recommendations were life saving!

Casa KiKi was listed as advertised! Great location to the Centro (town square)! Minutes away from the beach, great restaurants in the surrounding area! If you don’t want to get hassled by the big resorts and want a quiet, peaceful, relaxing stay with air conditioning, stay here and enjoy!

This is an absolutely gorgeous place! It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. My only complaints are that there was a bit of noise through the day and night given the urban location - it wasn’t too bad - and the view was lacking. But the inside of this place is spectacular! Quality soap, shampoo and conditioner was available which was nice after traveling and laundry soap was on hand which was really convenient.

Great location, clean. Felt safe behind a locked gate. Very private feeling even with the giant window.

Victoria's property was even better than it was described in the listing and photos! The entire place was extremely well stocked; from all of the cookware, dishware and serveware in the kitchen to the bathroom, laundry and beach essentials–nothing was needed during our stay! The place is within a short walking distance of the Art District, many local coffee shops/restaurants and the beach. Victoria is also connected with a local concierge service who can help to arrange transportation, restaurant reservations and local activities prior to your stay. Thank you for making our special vacation an experience that we'll never forget, Victoria!

We love San Jose, and this unit was lovely and very thoughtfully appointed. Easy walk to the town center. Victoria was very communicative and check in and check out were very easy.

Great location! Close to everything yet safe and quiet. The place is well equipped and the stay is smooth.

Super responsive host. Great recommendations. Unit as described. Good location. Lots of amenities nearby. Definitely recommend walking to the main area of San Jose. Took an Uber first night and realized how close we were and walked every other time. Safe neighborhood. Lots of local haunts to stop at on way home. Easy access to everything. When you do need to go further afield Ubers are readily available within minutes - and often less. We would stay again.

Fantastic loft apartment! Clean, modern, updated, and in a good location to access the shops, galleries, and restaurants of San Jose del Cabo. Very walkable to town and even to the beach (or take a short and cheap Uber). There are also a couple of nearby hotels and beach clubs that sell day passes if you want some beach or pool days. The Host was very responsive and gave some outstanding recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs, things to do, etc. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to take in the wonderful town of San Jose del Cabo. We will stay here again.
