March 2025 5.00the apartment is great and in a brand new building, (actually it is still under finishing touches in public areas). Location is perfect, owners have included everything you may need for a complete and confortable stay. Feels brand new and decor is lovely... we loved it. Also this is a quiet property, since it is located at the end of the corridor you do not get any noise from building's users/game player,s and windows are top quality, isolating noise from the street Best part in my opinion, is location. will return! March 2025 5.00Fuimos 5 huespedes, el departamento esta muy bueno. La ubicación es muy buena, y de facil acceso. Esta súper equipado, con todo lo necesario para poder estar 1 semana sin tema alguno, super silenciosa la zona. Recomiendo 100% rentar esta propiedad, el host contesta en minutos y muy atentos. Gracias!

March 2025 4.00This place was PERFECT for us! Punto Nima’s location is fantastic - easy nearby access to the beach, playground across the street, nearby grocery store, nearby restaurants. The residence itself and the building amenities were also great! The rooftop pool is gorgeous and this particular unit had a great partial city, partial ocean view. The rooftop pool deck has great views as well. We hope to stay here again when we return.
