We had an amazing stay! The views of this condo are amazing, do recommend a car to get to the building. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

I loved the place, met all my expectations. I would recommend for family or group of friends. Positive: Code at door, easy access. Negative: Drivers had a difficult time finding the location.

The condo was fantastic - spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Positive: The condo was fantastic. We were a family of four (two adults and two teenagers), and this new and well-designed condo was perfect for us. It was spacious and furnished with tasteful furniture. We loved the comfortable bedrooms (the beds were amazing), large and clean bathrooms, and the amazing view of the ocean from the terrace. The rooftop pool is amazing, and it is long and wide enough to get a short lap workout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for simple cooking. Overall, it's a wonderful place and highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Negative: Once you exited the highway, the drive to and from the condo was about a quarter mile. The drive was on a dirt road and a bit bumpy and not well lit after dark. Although it wasn't a big deal, the low traffic noise from the highway below was constant all day and night.

Gorgeous views of the perfect beach for surfers Positive: The views are out of this world. The place is super clean, very stylish, gorgeous views from every room, and the property manager upgraded us from a 2 to a three bedroom! We have been so in love with the place we extended our trip. I love waking up to check the surf from the balcony. Plus upstairs you have the Infinity pool and a huge terrace to hang out. We are so happy that we want to come back next year at the same spot. We are a family and found the kitchen to have everything stocked and all the rooms had everything we needed. I give a 10/10 and would send any friend or family here without reservation Negative: Nada!!! Wish we could own the place haha

Beautiful Positive: I loved the view and the entire aesthetic and vibe the room was giving. Negative: I didn’t like the road to get up there to the property. Didn’t get my room number until a couple hours after I got there. Also maybe add another way of getting out cause I had to drag my luggage through rocks.

El acceso es complicado y es altamente recomendable la renta de auto para moverse. Unas cortinas para bloquear el sol de la mañana en la estancia principal no estaría mal.

The Break is a brand new contemporary building located in Gringos Hill. Apartment is beautiful and comfortable with high end fittings. There is a good gym and a roof top pool plus a hottub on the terass. The view is spectacular. Beds are comfy and both kitchen and bathroom are good. Master bedroom has a king and the 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, while not narrow they are not great for 2 people. So I would say best suited for a family with 2 kids. What renters should be aware of is that Gringos Hill is is a 10 min walk or a short car ride up a hill from the beach. You need a car or Uber to get into town. Also the building is located right above the highway so when enjoying the terras there is a fair amount of noise from the road below. The beach below has 2 good restaurants and a surf club. The building was very quiet and feels safe. There is a guard most of the time. Management was very responsive and helpful with all issues that came up during our 2 week stay.

This location was a bit tricky to get to but easy once you know how to navigate. The building was pristine, beautiful, and new. The pool area is great. The parking area is gravel which is a bit tough with rolling bags. There is some traffic noise since the main road is below the building. But the ocean view and proximity is great! A car rental is highly recommended.

Loved this spot! Beautiful, quiet and very private. Clean and either and lovely staff around the place. The only thing is you will need a car to get there and to go places as it isn’t super accessible without a car. Other than that though would highly recommend.

Beautiful place - and a beautiful view - hot tub was excellent - there is a bit of road noise - but we had a great relaxing time.

Loved staying here! What a beautiful and enchanting spot right by Cabo Surf Hotel. Rooftop pool and private jacuzzi are super epic. Not walkable to beach really, but close enough if you’re renting a car. Can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at this accommodation in San Jose del Cabo was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning view of the Sea of Cortez and the tranquility that enveloped the property. The proximity to downtown and the beach made exploring the area incredibly convenient, however, I would recommend a rental car. We also loved the private hot tub, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the breathtaking surroundings. The attention to detail in the design of the space was evident, creating a beautiful and serene atmosphere. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to both nature and city life, this accommodation is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay here! The apartment itself along with building is beautiful. All brand new, great furnishings, fully stocked kitchen etc. for all that you would need for a short or long term stay. The view is also incredible! The apartment had it's own laundry with washer and dryer, which was super handy given we had travelled. The building also has a great brand new gym which we weren't expecting! Only thing we would say, is that you definitely need a car to get there / around (which we knew so had already organised a rental). But all in all, would highly recommend!

This airbnb was perfect! Beautiful interior, private tub/pool, easy to access, and the management team was always quick to respond. The location was prime for our family with our toddler - but definitely recommend renting a car. Close to the airport, several beaches, grocery stores and some of our favorite restaurants (Flora Farms & Tamarindos). Just note: No beach equipment provided (umbrellas, chairs) but can rent those at local beaches or purchase at a grocery store on your first day. Thank you, we will definitely be staying here again!

We had an excellent stay at this condo! It was spacious, clean, well decorated, and with an amazing view. You have to go up a dirt road to find the building, but the directions provided were very clear. It’s not on the beach, it’s actually on one side of the highway and the beach is on the other side, but it’s a short drive down the dirt road to the beach. The big sweeping views were just incredible. We really liked using the gym and the rooftop pool. Would recommend!

This place is STUNNINGGG!!! My only “drawback” was the guy above us moved his furniture a lot, so it squeaked on the floor, but the responsiveness from the host, and the cleanliness of the place totally outweighed anything negative. Probably the cleanest Airbnb, I thought I was the first guest it was so clean.

This was among a very small group of properties that I LOVE. I travel year round and stumbled onto this property. Sooo happy I did. I’m thinking of buying a unit in the building. Highest possible recommendation.

The unit is absolutely beautiful. And the property managers were very responsive. However, it is RIGHT above the highway on a curve so you hear the traffic noise all day and night, and the trucks use their jake breaks on the curve. Also, there are large street lights across the highway that shine RIGHT into the unit and are quite annoying.

Very new project, beautiful place, great views, very comfortable accommodations. I would recommend to friends and family.
