February 2026 5.00This East Cape beachfront home is a gem. Direct beach access, stunning Sea of Cortez views, and total privacy — yet still incredibly comfortable and family-friendly. The interior is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels high-end the moment you walk in. Clean lines, open spaces, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms — everything is immaculate and thoughtfully curated. Key elements in our stay: - Pickleball and basketball court (huge hit with friends and kids) - Safe, swimmable beach right out front - Outdoor dining, lounge areas, and firepit - Pro tip: We used the UTV 4x4 available on the property and it was a game changer. Not only was it convenient for exploring the beach and surrounding area, but it saved us well over $150 per day compared to renting from an outside dealership. Absolutely worth it. Will def book again

La casa en sí es espectacular, y además está ubicada en un entorno idílico, en primera línea de mar, con unas vistas impresionantes que hacen que la experiencia sea única. Éramos un grupo de 8 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos en todo momento. Desayunar con esas vistas a la playa, e incluso poder ver ballenas, fue algo realmente inolvidable. Sin duda, una experiencia preciosa y un lugar totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

April 2026 5.00Amazing place!! The location’s the best of all the Villas in the Community! The distribuition and ammenities of the house are top notch! My Family and I enjoyed the starry sky, Whale watching and the privacy of the location!
